Since your metabolism is what determines how many calories you burn on a daily basis, if this slows down, even if you are eating very little, fat loss will slow as well.

Therefore, you need to be sure you’re still taking in enough calories to keep that metabolic rate stroked, even if it does mean forcing yourself to eat despite lack of hunger.

Furthermore, also associated with such a low calorie intake will be a variety of nutrient deficiencies, which is something else you need to be avoiding for your health’s sake.

Also keep in mind that if you plan to exercise while using hoodia thin, it becomes even more important that you are eating in the pre/post workout period. If you aren’t, you’re not going to see good results from the workout program, and could potentially even lose muscle mass, which adds to the metabolic problem discussed above.

Finally, keep in mind that sometimes hoodia thin can take a little while to actually start showing results from its use, so if you start using it on Monday, don’t freak out if you aren’t seeing hunger relief by Tuesday.

Give it a week or two before evaluating whether or not it’s going to be beneficial for you to keep using it.
