You’ve likely hard the saying before, ‘I want ripped abs’.
It’s a popular one amongst the gym crowd and likely something you wouldn’t mind accomplishing either.
To get ripped abs fast, you’re going to have to apply certain types of workout principles, that will kick results up a notch.
While you can certainly get six pack abs through other methods of exercise – moderate intensity, combined with a good diet, if you want ripped abs fast, that likely is not going to cut it.
