It cannot be stressed enough that in order to see continual fat loss results on your workout program, you need to be changing things up.
The body looooves standing still. For it, maintenance is absolutely perfect. It know’s what’s going on, it’s resting comfortably, and it sees no reason for change.
Therefore, in order to get your body to change and start making that fat melt off your body, you are going to have to start switching things around. Do this and your body will be shocked and that is what boosts your metabolic rate and makes fat loss skyrocket through the roof.
