When it comes to fat loss diets, there are a wide variety to choose from.

The individuals who won’t do well on this type of approach however are those who enjoy that steady inflow of food, those who prefer not to have to eat until they are very full (as often you will be quite full on these diets) and those who live a lifestyle where it’s impractical to be really planning your workouts for a certain time during the day.
If none of those things are you though, then you might just want to give intermittent fasting a try. It could be the diet solution you’ve been looking for.
Just be really sure you do follow the exact advice as outlined in a researched program such as the Eat-Stop-Eat program, as if you don’t, you will risk muscle mass loss, which isn’t a good thing for weight loss at all.
